Talk Radio Being UnFair

A Vote For Huckabee A Vote For McCain - How Unfair!

After listening to talk radio this morning I decided to put a Mike Huckabee banner on the front page of my blog.  I have had a number of banners on my website and they are still there.  (Having those on wasn't endorsing but allowing people easy access to people they should at least check out.)  I didn't want to put one on my blog but after listening to Pat Gray www.patgray.com  who was filling in for Glenn Beck www.glennbeck.com I have decided to do so.

Mr. Gray was championing the words "A vote for Huckabee is a vote for McCain".  Huckabee doesn't have a chance.  Stop McCain vote for Romney.  Don't throw your vote away.

As much as I dislike the main stream media telling me the election is over and who the winner should and would be.  I also dislike TALK RADIO deciding who can and can't win.  THEN they actively campaign on the air waves to attempt to unrail someone's campaign.  I agree that Juan McCain needs to be derailed, BUT not at the expense of a person attempting to run a good campaign that has some very good ideas.

As I write this a person sits in for Rush Limbaugh  www.rushlimbaugh.com .  So far I haven't heard the spill that Mr. Gray was so strong with.  Let us hope we don't hear it.  Let us also hope that when Sean Hannity   www.hannity.com comes on that he won't speak those words.

Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity both have made it clear they have problems with Mike Huckabee, but it seems to me they have made up their mind.  With that it appears they have also closed their minds about him.  That is too bad.  I truly believe Mike Huckabee is a good man.  He has some very good ideas and he is likable.  Something people are overlooking.  There is something you feel when you watch Mike Huckabee speak as you did when you watched Ronald Reagan speak.  This is not from someone who is drinking the Huckabee Kool-aid but from someone who is looking at everyone and attempting to be fair and using common sense.

McCain NEEDS to be stopped.  He isn't conservative or even close.  I don't feel he is very nice even.  And he sure doesn't understand the economy.  Check the video I have linked a number of times.  BUT we shouldn't be trying to stop McCain by trying to destroy Huckabee's chances.  Don't let the southern accent cloud your way of hearing Mike Huckabee, our famous talk radio hosts.  To do so would be very unfair to your listeners and our country.  Talk up Romney if you want too, but don't talk down Huckabee.

Now Jason Lewis  http://www.ktlkfm.com/pages/jlewispersonality.html who is filling in for Rush Limbaugh is bashing Huckabee.  So will Sean Hannity pick up the same promote Romney by bashing Huckabee?

Listen talk radio hosts.  Give facts about McCain if you want to stop him.  Talk Romney up if you want to help him stop McCain.  BUT DON'T try to destroy Huckabee's chances in your effort  to stop McCain.  Kind of sounds like the Clinton's doesn't it?

 Update:
Sean Hannity is keeping up with the bash Huckabee talking points.  Here is part of an email I just sent Sean.  He will ask a question but he doesn't want to hear an answer.  He just said it doesn't make sense "he is only attacking Romney and not McCain".  My email will tell him why and if Sean would think instead of attempting to push someone out of the race, he would think about this.  Here is the email I sent Sean Hannity:
Come on Sean get over it,
Chip can't send an email without asking for money.  The points you make about Huckabee and Romney, maybe you should think about what you said.  Why does he attack Romney instead of McCain?  WHY are YOU saying that Huckabee is taking votes away from Romney?  It is because they attract some of the same voters.  As much as you want Huckabee to get out because he is taking votes from Romney, doesn't it make sense to attack the one where your votes will come from instead of the one where your votes won't come from???????
